Resolved: Company sent wrong item and won't send return label
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered 2 large jackets on November 27th.
When I received the jackets, one of them was a large and the other was a small. On December 6th (The day I received the jackets via the mail), I went on to their website to return the small jacket, but I have never received an email with a return label. Since then, I have repeated the process to request a return label at least 6 or 7 times, but have only received messages saying that I should check my SPAM, which I have! I checked spam and junk mail and it is just not there.
The woot return policy indicates that I have 30 days to make a return, but you are not allowing me to return my product.
Please send me the return label or a large jacket. Please!
Preferred solution: Either a half refund (one jacket fits great) or a replacement jacket sent out
