Vest did not come with power bank and will be returned. Great quality but what good is a heated vest if there's no battery.

Respond to my email and provide a telephone number so we can speak to someone. I have an item I need to return and I need to speak to someone for a return label.

I tried to return an item and I got a message to keep the item, but I never saw a credit. So I sent another email explaining the situation and I received a return email saying to return the item according to the instructions that were sent to me via email. I never got an email and never got a response to my third request.

I have a desktop computer and the HDMI ports do not hold the cable in place. They just fall out.

I was Hung up on me. And nobody returned my call so I wasnt really happy with the customer service.
