I had ordered a bottle of Gain detergent and it was delivered leaking profusely and went all over my front porch. By the time I got to it, which was about 5 minutes later, the bottle was completely empty.

Testing customer service and found it to be non-existing
Try to answer the phone at least once a year. I LIKE THE PRODUCTS, BUT DON'T TRUST A COMPANY YOU CANNOT CONTACT.

I purchased a 40,000 mAh power bank a year ago sold by Woot from Amazon for $20.00. I was planning on purchasing the same power bank to replace the first one I had purchased due to the airlines losing my luggage containing the power bank.
Today, the exact same power bank is listed at $199.00.
When trying to contact Woot, their phone number is a dead end and unreachable. Messaging through Amazon is useless as well.
