Customer service

I've been burned by Woot too many times to even think of shopping there again. Very slow shipping, received damaged products, unable to speak with anyone at Woot (emailing customer service gets a reply in a day or 2) and their return policy is "you buy it, you keep it" unless it arrives damaged and then it takes a month to get your money back if you're lucky.

Ever since Amazon bought them and their founder left Woot in 2012, this company has gone way, way, way downhill. They have become the worst customer oriented business on the Internet.

It's odd that a great customer service oriented company such as Amazon could have any relation to the worst customer service oriented company such as Woot. I'm so done with them...c'ya!

This reviewer shared experience and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Woot. The most disappointing about online order from Woot was no exchange or refund policy, poor customer service and bad service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
