These fools advertised a hoverboard sale on October 30th 2015. They posted a 3-5 business day shipment, well its' been more than 5 business days and FEDEX Ground still hasn't picked up the hoberboards yet. FEDEX is still waiting for WOOT to send them the confirmation notice to pick up the package.

WOOT customer service sucks, they only respond by email and their messages are auto generated. "We're very sorry for the inconvenience" blah blah blah.

These people shouldn't post a sale if they don't have the product!

These guys suck, I'll never order from them again. Just because they sell on Amazon, DON'T TRUST THESE CROOKS!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of woot. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of self balancing scooter and associated monetary loss in the amount of $650. Woot needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
