Ordered what I thought was a great deal on 2 QSee refurbished security cameras. They delivered in an acceptable period of time however (1 of 2) cameras was defective (which tells me they were NOT TESTED before they left the warehouse).

My compliant is the return. HORRIBLE! Correspondence is only through email, no phone number to speak with anyone. They use a return service that is like the pony express (takes two weeks) to get to the warehouse via a cross country route.

THEN once the item is received at their warehouse it's another 7-10 BUSINESS days to process a refund.I am still waiting for the delivery of my return to get to their warehouse! Should NOT take this long for a defective product to be refunded. This company is BAD!

Never Again! Buyer Beware!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor customer service.
